Proper rock reinforcement ensures structural safety, extends service life, and prevents rock falls <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">or the collapse of rock<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> cavities. We use industry-leading methods to ensure the safety and quality <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">of every project in accordance with the plans<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>In infrastructure projects,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> we carry out all reinforcement work: rock bolting, shotcreting with an RC robot, and mesh installation. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In confined spaces,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> we also handle work stages manually<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2014 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">including drilling, shotcreting, and mesh installation.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>In mining projects,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> we perform cable bolting, mesh installation, and all types of rock bolting with our own equipment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rock Bolting<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rock bolting is one of the most common reinforcement methods. In bolting, holes are drilled into the rock, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and ribbed steel or anchor bolts are grouted into them with cement<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to bind the rock into a strong, unified mass after excavation. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The bolts prevent rock from detaching and improve the durability of the structure. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bolting is often combined <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">with other reinforcement solutions, such as shotcreting.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shotcreting<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shotcreting is an effective way to strengthen and protect tunnel walls and roofs. A layer of concrete sprayed onto the rock surface with compressed air prevents weathering.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Applications: <\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shotcreting of tunnels. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Safety shotcreting of benches and walls. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reinforcing levelling render for uneven surfaces.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mesh Reinforcement<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Safety can also be improved with mesh reinforcement, which prevents rocks and boulders from falling from tunnel walls and roofs.
